When someone clicks your link and buys a Creative HR Solutions package, the sale is tracked to you.

Earn 20% of their package payments every month or year they remain a customer.

  • 20% of every recurring package payment, monthly or annual

  • Commission for the life of the customer, as long as they stay active

  • Commissions approved after 14 days and paid monthly

  • Setup fees are not commissionable

Affiliate Program Terms

1. Participation is subject to approval and may be ended by Creative HR Solutions, LLC.

2. Commissions are credited only for customers tracked to your unique referral link. Our tracking records are final.

3. You earn 20% of qualifying recurring monthly or annual service payments (packages at creativehrsolutions.co/package) while the referred customer remains active and paying. Setup fees are not commissionable. Consulting engagements are handled separately.

4. New commissions stay pending for 14 days, then are reviewed and approved.

5. Approved commissions are paid monthly.

6. If a referred customer's payment is refunded after you were paid, you agree to return that commission when requested.

7. Promote honestly: no false claims, spam, bidding on our brand name in ads, or presenting yourself as the company. Follow all applicable email and SMS laws.

8. You are an independent affiliate, not an employee or agent, and are responsible for your own taxes.

9. These terms may change with notice. Either party may end participation at any time.

Do I earn on renewals?
Yes. You earn on every monthly or annual payment for as long as the customer stays active.
Do I earn on setup fees?
No. Only the recurring package price counts.
When do I get paid?
Once a month, for commissions that have passed the 14-day review.
How long does my link track a visitor?
Up to 365 days after they click it, on the same device and browser.
